Estimate and contact information

When a visitor submits the estimate form, the website may collect the name, phone number, email address, Maine town or city, property address, requested service, project description, and optional project photos supplied by that visitor. That information is used to respond to the roofing request and is delivered to Fournier Family Roofing through the configured transactional email service.

Project photos

Optional photos attached to an estimate request are intended only to help describe the customer's roofing or exterior project. Visitors should not upload sensitive documents or images unrelated to the project.

Public work gallery

The public work gallery contains project photos supplied or uploaded by Fournier Family Roofing. Customer-submitted estimate photos are not automatically published to the gallery.

Testimonials

Testimonials displayed on the website are added through the host-only content manager. Only testimonials the company chooses to publish should be entered there.

Merch shop

Online merch ordering is not enabled yet. Before live payments are accepted, this privacy page and the merch policies will be updated to describe the payment, shipping, and order-processing providers used by the store.

Analytics and advertising

The current launch candidate does not intentionally include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If those services are added later, this page should be updated before they are enabled.
